    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that money collection for the Registration of students of Class IX and XI and the LOC (List of Candidates) for Class X and XII has begun. All details regarding the charges and uploading of a coloured passport size photograph will be intimated by your daughter’s Class Teacher.

    Kindly make the necessary payment through NEFT as per the details mentioned hereunder by Sunday 20th September 2020.  The details of your daughter’s Name, Class, Section, UTR number, amount remitted along with your contact number needs to be sent through a mail to the Principal’s id : principal@sbgskolkata.ac.in and mukesh_sethia@sbgskolkata.ac.in .    Also please take a screen shot of the last page of the online payment and send to the Class Teacher immediately.

    Dear Parents,

    I hope that you are all well during this difficult period.

    This is the last time I write to you as the Principal of Sushila Birla Girls’ School as I am retiring from this post with effect from 31st August 2020. It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Mrs. Koeli Dey will take over as the new Principal from 1st September 2020.

    I would like to thank you all for the support and cooperation that you have always extended to me and this school and request you to do the same in the future as well.

    I think that it is appropriate to also inform you that I have been appointed as the Director of Sushila Birla Girls’ School and I join my new duties from 10th September 2020.

    Dear Parents,

    A career counselling programme has been organized by the school for the students of Class XI for which attendance is compulsory. Career DNA from Kolkata is conducting this programme.

    A Comprehensive Profile Assessment and Psychometric Assessment will take place on 24th and 26th August 2020. After the Precise Career Report has been generated a Group Counselling session will be held at a later date.

    Please note the dates and timings of the Comprehensive Profile Assessment and Psychometric Assessment.

    Class XI H – 24th August 2020                                12 Noon to 1:30 pm

    Class XI S1 & S2 – 26th August 2020                      9:30 am to 11:00 am

    Class XI C1 & C2 – 26th August 2020                     11:30 am to 1:00 pm

    Class X

    Dear Parents,

    A career counselling programme has been organized for the students of Class X which is optional. Career DNA from Kolkata will be conducting this. The programme includes :

    1. Comprehensive Profile Assessment
    2. Group Counselling and  Psychometric Assessment – interest, ability, personality
    3. Handwriting Analysis
    4. Individual Counselling

    The Psychometric Assessment will take place on 28th August 2020, the timings of which are as follows:

    Class X A & X B – 9:30 am to 11:00 am

    Class X C & X D – 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

    The fee charged will be Rs. 1500/- per student. Please keep in mind that the programme is optional. Students who wish to enroll for the above programme should give their names to their respective teachers by the 22nd of August 2020.

    The details of Career DNA will be shared by their class teacher. Kindly get in touch with them to process the payment.

    Further to the order of the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court pronounced on 17th August, 2020, all parents are hereby requested to pay school fees as directed by the Hon’ble High Court by 24th August, 2020. Fees may be paid in any of the following mode:

    1. By Cash/ account payee cheque at the school’s accounts office from 11 am to 3 pm from 19th August, 2020 to 24th August, 2020 (Both days inclusive).
