Classes I – XII

Dear Parents,

Sports practice will be held at Geetanjali Stadium, Rajdanga (near Siemens), Kolkata- 700107 on Monday, 11^th December 2023.

Reporting and dismissal for all students on Monday, 11^th December 2023 will be from Geetanjali Stadium according to the timings given below:

Classes X and XII                 – 8:15 a.m. to 10:30 am (Class XII – only participants to come)

Classes VI – IX & XI             – 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Classes I – V                         – 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Please ensure that all students have the following:

a. Water bottle

b. Dry tiffin

c. Any equipment as instructed by the teachers

d. A small mat to sit on (Please note that newspapers will not be allowed)

e. A sun cap

Students of the Primary Section will be dismissed against their Identity Cards.
