Circular for students between the age group of 12 – 15 years
Dear Parents,
As you are aware that the Government of India will soon roll out the vaccination drive for 12 – 15 year olds. The school will soon organize a vaccination camp in association with the Belle Vue Clinic in the school premises. Details of the camp will be shared with you shortly.
In this connection, should you like your ward to take the vaccine from school, kindly fill in the consent form given below and inform your ward’s class teacher about the same by Monday 21st March 2022.
