Dear Parents,

We are happy to announce that physical classes will resume for all students promoted to KG from Monday, 4^th April 2022.

In connection with the above, please note the following:

1. KG timings will be from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm.
2. Masks will be compulsory within the school campus.
3. Dispersal of students will take place from

Gate No.3 (for parents)

Gate No.1 (for carpool)

Also note that you are requested to meet your daughter’s class teacher (KG) on Thursday, 31.03.2022 between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm in the KG classrooms for the following:

       •  Return your daughter’s temporary I.D. Card and receive the new one for the session 2022-23.

       •  Submit the following books and stationery  

1. 2 pcs. 80 pages medium narrow 4 line interleaf exercise books
2. 1 pc. 80 pages medium check line ½ inch exercise book
3. 1 pc. 80pages  medium broad double line exercise book
4. Viva, Colours & Craft Book - C
5. Firefly Numbers 1-100. Book – C
6. My Second Activity Book
7. 1 pc. multicolour Scrap Book (16 pages)
8. 1 pc. 20 pages Drawing Book
9. Hindi / Bengali text books
10. 1 pc. Paint brush (No.10)
11. 1 pc. Fevicol tube (100 gms)

Please note:

       •  No other books need to be submitted.

       •  The exercise books need not be covered.

       •  The student’s name, class & section must be written on the exercise books with a marker pen.

       •  One pencil pouch containing 3 sharpened pencils and one eraser and a separate pencil pouch containing crayons must be kept in the student’s school bag and brought to school every day.

       •  Text books are to be covered and labelled.

       •  Exercise books and stationery items are to be labelled.
