Dear Parents,
Our school had held on 24th November 2017, a programme, as part of the “Bon Jour India” celebrations being conducted in India by the French Embassy, which was attended by the Consul General for France in Kolkata along with his senior officials.
In the programme, the students had made a presentation on their research on Chandannagar. The Consul General has invited us to make this presentation as part of the weeklong celebrations the French will be holding in Chandannagar in January 2018.
We have been requested to make the presentation on the 5th January 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Our presentation will be the inaugural item which will start off the celebrations, which you will appreciate, is an honour for the students and the school.
Your daughter __________________________ studying in Class _________ has been selected to be a part of the group making the presentation. The following arrangements are being made for students participating in the presentation :
1. If any student has any examination the next day, that examination will be rescheduled for them and they will be advised the fresh date.
2.They will be taken to Chandannagar and back by bus arranged by the school. The presentation is not expected to be more than an hour. They will leave Chandannagar for Kolkata immediately after their presentation. We expect to leave by 4:30 p.m.
3.We hope to reach our school from Chandannagar around 8:00 p.m.
