Dear Parents,

Please note the following with regard to the Annual Sports to be held at Geetanjali Stadium, Rajdanga on Monday, 16^th December, 2019 .

1. All students must report at Geetanjali Stadium by 9.00 am. Dismissal will be at the end of the Sports Meet which is expected to be around 3.00 pm.
2. Students will wear their P.T. uniform along with the school socks and regulation shoes. Their hair must be neatly tied.
3. All students must bring their Sports equipment as instructed by the class teacher.
4. They must carry an effective sun cap and some dry tiffin.
5. Parents will not be allowed to have any contact with the students while the Sports Meet is on.
6. Students will be dispersed against their I.D. Cards only after all the events are over. Please note that no child will be released early.
