Dear Parents,
You will be happy to know that the KG students are putting up a concert on Saturday, 15th December 2018. Please note the following with regard to the above.
1. Dress rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, 11.12.2018.
• On Tuesday, 11.12.2018, K.G. students are to come dressed in their costume and wear light make – up.
• Students are to report to school by 11 am.
• Dispersal will be against their ID cards at 12:30 pm.
2. Concert rehearsal will be held on Thursday, 13.12.2018.
• On Thursday, 13.12.2018, K.G. students are to report to school at 10 am in their school uniform.
• They should carry a water bottle and dry tiffin only.
• Dispersal will be against their ID cards at 12:30 pm.
3. Parents are invited to see the KG concert on Saturday, 15.12.2018. The e-invite will follow shortly.
• On Saturday, 15.12.2018, K.G. students are to report to school at 8:15 am.
• They should come to school dressed in their costume and wear make – up as instructed by the teacher.
• Dispersal will be against their ID cards at the end of the programme.
