Classes I – V

Dear Parents,

Please note the following with regard to the Annual Sports to be held at Geetanjali Stadium, Rajdanaga on Wednesday, 12^th December 2018.

1. All students must report at Geetanjali Stadium at 9:00 am. Dismissal will be at the end of the Sports Meet which is expected to be around 3:00 pm.
2. Students of Classes I, II and III will wear their House T-shirts with the pair of shorts provided to them.
3. Students of Classes IV and V will wear their House T-shirts with the pair of knee length track pants provided to them.
4. All students must wear their school socks and regulation shoes. Their hair must be neatly tied.
5. All students must bring their Sports equipment as instructed by the class teacher.
6. They must carry an effective sun cap and some dry tiffin.
7. Parents will not be allowed to have any contact with the students while the Sports Meet is on.
8. Students will be dispersed against their I.D. cards only after all the events are over. Please note that no child will be released early.
