Classes IX &  XI

Dear Parents,

Please make a note of the schedule to be followed in school from 11^th February 2020.

Students must report to school on the days of their Annual Examinations according

to the time-table that will be provided to them.

Students need not come to school on the days when no examination or activity is slated.

11^th February 2020     -           Last working day before Annual Examinations for Classes IX and XI

7^th   March 2020         -           Annual Examination answer scripts will be shown to the students

                                                  of classes IX and XI.  Timings : 8:15 am to 12:00 noon

20^th  March 2020        -           Classes IX and XI students to be in school to receive Report Cards

         from 10:00 am  to 10:30 am     

11^th  to 24^th March 2020 -       Extra classes for students of Classes X and XII (session 2020-21)

                                                   Attendance is compulsory

25^th to 31^st March 2020  -       Classes suspended – Term Break

1^st April 2020                   -       New Term begins

Also please note that the Summer Vacation for the session 2020-21 for Classes IX, X, XI & XII is from Saturday 16^th May to Sunday 14^th June 2020 (both days inclusive).
