Dear Parent,

As you are aware your daughter is participating in the Sports which will be held in school on Friday, 31^st January 2020 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

You will be happy to know we are organizing a fun race for parents too.

Please note the following with regard to the same:

      •  Interested couples should send in their names to their daughter’s class teacher through a note in her diary by Friday, 24^th January 2020.

      •  The race is open only to couples, hence we will not be able to include a participant if only one spouse is present.

      •  We can accommodate only a limited numbers of parents. Hence we will have a lucky draw to decide on the participants for the race. Names will be announced at the venue before the race.

      •  Please note that participation requests will not be accepted after Friday, 24^th January 2020.
