Classes I – IV- Afternoon Activity Clubs

Dear Parents,

We would like to offer the following activities to the students of classes II, III, IV and V in the academic session 2023 – 24. Details are as follows:

In case you are interested in your daughter joining any of these clubs, please fill in the form attached and return to the respective class teacher by Monday, 6^th March 2023. These clubs will commence from Monday,17^th April 2023. 

Please make a note of the following:

1. Students who have been attending these clubs in the current academic session have to re-register themselves for the coming year.
2. A child cannot be a member of more than one Activity Club held on the same day.
3. We may not be able to accommodate more than a certain number of students in an Activity Club. Hence students who register first will be given priority.
4. Students who want to enrol for Bulbuls are expected to pay the annual charges in a sealed envelope to their class teacher by Monday, 6^th March 2023 along with the consent form.
5. Students opting for the Archery Club need to send the consent form to their respective class teachers. Annual charges will be collected from the students who qualify for the club only after the selection process.
