Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that ‘Aavishkar’, the Mental Health Club of the school is celebrating World Mental Health Day virtually on Friday, 8th of October 2021.
We are gearing up to get back to the offline mode of work. Having been cooped up at home for so long, this transition will not be easy. In order to find a way out, we need to prepare ourselves by learning how to avoid “burn outs” and understanding “self-care”.
Keeping this in mind, we have organized ‘Back to Offline’, a webinar that aims at addressing the emotional and mental health concerns of the students and teachers as they ready themselves to resume physical schooling.
