Dear Parents,

Pursuant to the directions of the Home Department, Government of West Bengal, students of all schools need to be enrolled under ‘Aadhar’. The Kolkata Municipal Corporation is taking steps to set up camps in schools for enrolling the students under ‘Aadhar’ in the school itself for the convenience of the parents and students. Students of Classes I to XII of our school have already been covered under this scheme.

Now we are informed that this scheme is applicable to students aged 5 years and below also. In case your daughter does not have an ‘Aadhar Number’, you can enroll her for the same through school. A special camp is being set up on Saturday, 29th July 2017, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the school premises. Either the Father or the Mother, accompanied by the student, should come to school on Saturday, 29th July 2017 any time between 9:00 am and 11:00 am

Please carry the following:
1. The accompanying parent’s Aadhaar Card in original

2. Birth Certificate of the student in original

3. One passport size photograph of the student
