Dear Parents,
As you are aware, on account of the unprecedented lockdown in March 2020, we were unable to handover the Report Cards and Prizes to the students for their academic and co-curricular achievements for the session 2019-20.
Along with the above, Happy Face Cards, Health Cards, Eye Checkup Cards, some text books and exercise books, projects etc. for the session 2019-20 are with us and need to be given to the students.
We request you to come to school on SATURDAY, 27th FEBRUARY and collect the above mentioned material from your ward’s previous class teacher.
Please follow the schedule given below:

PLEASE NOTE:
• Class Lists for the session 2019-20 have been attached for your convenience. Please follow the timings as per your daughter’s section and serial number, in the previous academic session.
• Please follow the timings assigned to your daughter STRICTLY to ensure social distancing and smooth distribution.
• We would prefer ANY ONE PARENT to come to school. Students are not allowed to accompany the parent.
• Please carry an ID proof of the student – School ID Card/Aadhar Card/Fee Book/School diary.
• Wearing masks and practicing social distancing within the school premises is mandatory.
