Dear Parents,

As you are aware, your daughter ____________________________ of _________ has been selected to participate in the school production “Her Story”  scheduled to be held on Thursday, 2^nd August 2018 and Friday, 3^rd August 2018. The Dress Rehearsal is scheduled for Wednesday, 25^th July 2018.

She needs to pay an amount of Rs. 1,300/- towards the cost of her costume and make-up for 3 days.

Please send the above mentioned amount in a sealed envelope to the teacher in-charge of her group by Monday, 23^rd July 2018.

Your daughter’s name, class, section and the character she is playing should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
