Kindly note that with reference to our earlier notice dated 28.12.21 regarding a Vaccination Camp to be held in the premises of Birla High School, 1, Moira Street, Kolkata 700017, the details are as follows :

Please note:
1. Original and one photocopy of the Aadhar Card must be carried by the student.
2. Students must come wearing the correct school uniform.
3. The exact amount for the vaccine needs to be carried.
Kindly confirm with your ward’s class teacher if you wish to avail of this facility by Wednesday, 5th January, 2022 via email or whatsapp by 10:00 a.m.
