Dear Parents,
With reference to Notice No. 96/2021-22 dated 04.01.2022, kindly note that the venue for Vaccination Camp has been shifted to Sushila Birla Girls’ School, 7 Moira Street, Kolkata – 700017. The details are as follows :

Please note:
1. Original and one photocopy of the Aadhar Card must be carried by the student.
2. They must come with adequate time in hand.
3. They must wear masks and carry their own sanitisers.
4. They must carry their own drinking water.
5. Parents are to wait outside the school premises till their wards get vaccinated.
6. The exact amount for the vaccine needs to be carried.
7. Kindly ensure that your wards are attired in appropriate clothing to take vaccine.
8. Students must not come for the vaccine on an empty stomach.
9. If registration is done on the Cowin App prior to the camp, it will save time. The secret code or the 16 digit Beneficiary ID needs to be carried for verification.
10.The student must not come with fever, cough and cold.
