    Classes IX - XII

    Dear Parents,

    We have received mails from some of you with regard to the reopening of school where you have expressed your concern about the well-being of your ward.  In this connection kindly note that:

    i)    School has reopened for students of Classes IX – XII from 12th February as per the orders of the State Government issued on 04.02.21 by the Commissioner of School Education (Memo N0.049).

    ii)   Students of Classes X and XII are being seated in small groups in multiple rooms and given necessary practice in conducting laboratory experiments and written work.This will be beneficial to them when they appear for AISSE and AISSCE.

    iii)  Students of IX and XI are being called on alternate days in small numbers and these classes are being live streamed to those at home. Writing out answers and clarifying doubts will enable them to evaluate their progress before their Annual Examination.

    iv)   Examination for the students of Classes IX – XII will be held in school from 1st March, 2021 as the CBSE has instructed schools to do the same.  Meticulous preparations have been undertaken to ensure all safety protocols are followed and social distancing norms are in place.

    Dear Parents,

    As you are aware, on account of the unprecedented lockdown in March 2020, we were unable to handover the Report Cards and Prizes to the students for their academic and co-curricular achievements for the session 2019-20.

    Along with the above, Happy Face Cards, Health Cards, Eye Checkup Cards, some text books and exercise books, projects etc for the session 2019-20 are with us and need to be given to the students.

    We request you to come to school on SATURDAY, 20th FEBRUARY and collect the above mentioned material from your ward’s previous class teacher.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    •     Class Lists for the session 2019-20 have been attached for your convenience. Please follow the timings as per your daughter’s section and serial number, in the previous academic session.

    •     Please follow the timings assigned to your daughter STRICTLY to ensure social distancing and smooth distribution.

    •     We would prefer ANY ONE PARENT to come to school. Students are not allowed to accompany the parent.

    •     Please carry an ID proof of the student – School ID Card/Aadhar Card/Fee Book/School diary.

    •     Wearing masks and practicing social distancing within the school premises is mandatory.

    Nursery - Class XII

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that all Classes will be suspended on Tuesday, 16.02.2021 on account of Saraswati Puja. There will be live streaming of the Puja held in school from 8:30 am onwards on our school Facebook page. 

    Keeping social distancing norms in mind, students are advised to watch the same and not come to school on that day.

    Please note that the timings given below will be followed for Classes IX to XII on Saturdays, 13.02.2021 and 20.02.2021 :-

    No  C.T. Period

    8:45 am to 9:25 am                -           1st Period

    9:25 am to 9:30 am                -           Break (5 mins)

    9:30 am to 10:10 am              -           2nd Period

    10:10 am  to 10:20 am           -           Break (10 mins)

    10:20 am to 11:00 am            -           3rd Period

    11:00 am to 11:05 am            -           Break (5 mins)

    11:05 am to 11:45 am            -           4th Period

    Also kindly note that on 13.02.2021 Wednesday’s timetable will be followed and on 20.02.2021 Tuesday’s timetable will be followed.
