This is to inform you that the students will be taken on a field trip for educational purposes to Birla Industrial and Technological Museum on Wednesday, 6th August 2025. The objectives of the field trip will be to study the human body and view experiments on Science in a specially curated show. They will leave the school premises by 9:30 a.m. and are expected to return latest by 1.00 p.m.
You are requested to send the duly signed permission slip to the Class Teacher latest by Thursday, 31st July 2025.

Dear Parents,
All students of Class X will be taken on an educational field trip to the Indian Museum, 27, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Park Street Area, Kolkata – 700016, on Friday, 1st August 2025. The objective of this educational field trip is to enhance students’ interdisciplinary learning by exploring the exhibits related to Biology, History and English. The students will develop a comprehensive all round understanding of life science and ancient civilisations.
They will be accompanied by their respective subject teachers. Dispersal will take place from school at the usual time.

Classes IV – IX & XI
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) is organising the GREEN Olympiad for students of Classes IV to IX & XI. The tentative date for the offline examination to be held in school will be 6th November, 2025.
The examination is optional. The registration will be done by the school. The registration fee is ₹250 per student and additional charges for availing sample paper booklet is ₹100 per student. The payment is to be made through the CampusCare portal by 24th July 2025.
The steps for payment are as follows:

5. Students must report to school by 8:15 a.m. on the days of their examinations and will be
dispersed against I.D. Cards at 10:05 a.m. from Gate No. 2. They need not come to school on the days when no examination is scheduled.
6. Normal classes, morning basketball practice and afternoon activity classes will remain suspended from Monday, 11th August 2025 to Tuesday, 26th August 2025.
7. Normal classes will resume from Wednesday, 27th August 2025.

Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that Open House will be held on Friday, 25th July and Saturday, 26th July 2025.
The Class Teacher will be sending you a separate notice in the school diary to indicate the time slot assigned to you. Since this is an opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the child’s progress, we expect both parents to attend.
Regular classes will not be held on the above mentioned days. Your daughter must, however, accompany you in school uniform.
