Subject : Notification of Temporary Inconvenience Due to Renovation of School Buildings

We would like to inform you about an important development in our school that may cause temporary inconvenience for students in the coming months.

As a part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the infrastructure of our school, we will be undertaking a renovation of certain sections of the school buildings. While these renovations are essential to ensure a better, safer and more aesthetically appealing learning environment, they may result in some unavoidable disruptions during the course of the work.

Please be advised of the following potential inconvenience your child may experience.

  1. Limited Access to Certain Areas: Parts of the school building may be temporarily closed for safety reasons, including hallways and common areas. This may lead to minor adjustments in their daily schedule and movement around the campus.
  2. Classroom Adjustments: Due to space constraint caused by the renovation, some classes may be relocated to alternate rooms or areas. We are working to ensure that students continue to receive uninterrupted lessons.
  3. Disruption to Co-Curricular Activities: Certain co-curricular activities may be affected, particularly those that require use of the affected areas. We will keep you informed of any specific changes.

We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this period of renovation. We are committed to ensuring that the educational experience for all our students remain as smooth as possible.
