On the occasion of the 8th International Day of Yoga, on 21^st June, 2022, a video titled ‘Yogsandhan - In search of Divine’ was uploaded on the Facebook page of the school. In this video, the students of six city schools, Birla High School, Apeejay School, Abhinav Bharti, Lakshmipath Singhania Academy, Shri Shikshayatan and Sushila Birla Girls’ School joined hands and demonstrated various yoga asanas, highlighting the importance of physical fitness.

The students performed all the asanas with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students of the school were also shown the beautifully compiled video and encouraged to practice Yoga on a daily basis to ensure the development of a healthy mind and body.
