On 29th March 2023, Ms Gagandeep Kaur, a mental health expert and a key resource person with CBSE for various capacity building programmes, held an enriching workshop for the teachers of Sushila Birla Girls’ School. The session not only sensitized each participant as a facilitator but also empowered them with valuable techniques to deal with various academic and behavioural concerns of children.

The interactive session included role-plays, case studies, group discussions and informative videos. Pertinent issues such as relationships, gender and sexuality, internet addiction faced by adolescent students and viable methods of dealing with those issues formed the crux of the workshop.
