Women’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the students of Classes I to V of Sushila Birla Girls’ School on the 8th of March 2022 in the hybrid mode. 

The day was celebrated to inspire the future generation with real life stories of the women achievers, who have proved to the world the power of women. 

Students prepared PowerPoint presentations, dressed up as some eminent personalities and presented skits to showcase what women have achieved over the years and the capability they possess. On this very special day, they paid tribute to those who have personified women empowerment, like Malala Yousafzai, Mary Kom, Kiran Bedi, Lata Mangeshkar, Bachendri Pal, Kalpana Chawla, Saina Nehwal, Arunima Sinha and many more.  

 On this day, the students saluted all the women who play a significant role in shaping the society to make it a better place. The day was to reiterate and propagate the fact that, “Women are the real architects of society.”
