    Nursery - Class V

    Dear Parents,

    You will be happy to know that we have planned a virtual picnic for the students of Nursery to Class V on Friday, 28th January 2022.

    The timings are - 

    • Nursery - Class III - 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Google meet)
    • Class IV - 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (Zoom)
    • Class V - 11:00 a.m. - 12 noon. (Zoom)

    Online classes will not be held on that day.

    All details regarding the picnic will be shared with you by the respective class teachers.

    Classes VI - XII

    Dear Parents,

    This is to inform you that a virtual Open House with the class teacher of your daughter will take place on Friday, 28th January 2022. 

    You will be intimated about the time slot in due course.

    In case you wish to meet any other subject teacher of your ward, please write an email to the Principal at principal@sbgskolkata.ac.in (mailto:principal@sbgskolkata.ac.in) by Monday, 24th January 2022.

    Please mention your daughter’s name, class and section in the email. Specific slots with the concerned teachers will be assigned to you thereafter. Kindly note that keeping the PT II/UT II in mind, parents of students studying in Classes X and XII will be given time slots from 10:00 am onwards.

    This is to inform you that the school will be conducting Online Annual Examinations in each subject for the students of Class IV in February 2022. Please note the following in this regard:

    1. The schedule for the examinations is as follows:

    Classes IX – XII

    Dear Parents,

    With reference to Notice No. 97/2021-22 dated 06.01.2022, kindly note that the registration time for vaccination to be held in our school on Friday 14.01.2022 has been changed as follows:

    9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

    Please note:

    1. Original and one photocopy of the Aadhar Card must be carried by the student.

    2. They must come with adequate time in hand.

    3. They must wear masks and carry their own sanitisers.

    4. They must carry their own drinking water.

    5. Parents are to wait outside the school premises till their wards get vaccinated.

    6. The exact amount for the vaccine needs to be carried.

    7.  Kindly ensure that your wards are attired in appropriate clothing to take vaccine.

    8.  Students must not come for the vaccine on an empty stomach.

    9.  If registration is done on the Cowin App prior to the camp, it will save time.  The secret code or the 16 digit Beneficiary ID needs to be carried for verification.

    10.The student must not come with fever, cough and cold.

    Classes will remain suspended on that day for Class IX and XI.
